Join Darina, owner of Ballymaloe Cookery School; teacher; newspaper columnist; cookbook author and television presenter, as she discusses food and the new edition of her book Irish Traditional Cooking. The interview is a part of the National Library’s Kitchen Archives event series which will delve into peoples’ relationship with food, recipes and culinary skills through the centuries. Doors open at 6:30 and it’s on a first come, first serve basis.
